After your order is placed and payment is received we require 1-3 business days to process your order and ship that shiny, shiny treasure. Delivery time will vary depending on the location and shipping method selected.

If this occurs, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return said items (at your own expense) within 30 days of delivery. A refund will only be processed once we receive the damaged loot.
